Delivery

Your order will be sent out as soon as all items are on stock. Items marked as “Available for immediate delivery” usually will be sent out within 24 hours. In order to wait for potentially missing stock, your order can be on hold for up to 4 weeks until all products are available. After those 4 weeks all available items will be sent out. Products not included need to be re-ordered.

Shipping Damage

Composer, producer, and pianist Yu-Peng Chen unveils his first original album for Deutsche Grammophon The Poem of Life, a deeply personal symphonic work, conceived as a musical journey through the stages of life. Moving away from gaming music, Yu-Peng Chen exploits his talent of storytelling through music in this new album, blending Western classical traditions with Chinese musical sensibilities to unfold a series of richly evocative movements, capturing childhood curiosity, youthful ambition, first love, personal growth, fulfilment, loss, and acceptance.

Recorded with the Shanghai Philharmonic Orchestra under the direction of Maestro Zhang Liang, the album represents Chen’s most intimate artistic statement to date. Drawing inspiration from centuries of classical music history while remaining unmistakably contemporary, The Poem of Life brings together diverse musical voices.

At its core, the album is an invitation to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the moments that shape our lives. Both cinematic and deeply personal, The Poem of Life celebrates our shared capacity for wonder, love, longing, and remembrance, offering listeners a space for contemplation and emotional resonance.
